Business circles of Vitebsk region held talks with Kaliningrad partners
On the basis of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Kaliningrad Region, a round of negotiations between Belarusian enterprises took place with representatives of about 20 Kaliningrad companies that showed great interest in potential partners of Vitebsk region
