Chairman of the Executive Committee - CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev is the Head of the CIS Observation Mission in the presidential elections in Belarus which will be held on Dec. 19, 2010. Such a decision was taken by the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Commonwealth under the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth at a meeting held on September 23 at CIS headquarters in Minsk.
