Siluanov: Belarus’s losses from tax maneuver in Russia can be compensated through transfer
Russia and Belarus have agreed, in the case of compensation for losses from tax maneuvers in the oil industry in Russia, to do this through intergovernmental transfers, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told journalists, TASS reports
