Head of the Belarusian Embassy in Kazan Oleg Isaev discussed issues of expanding cooperation between Belarus and the Ulyanovsk region of Russia with the Chairman of the Ulyanovsk Region Government Alexander Smekalin and the head of the Department for Interregional Development of the External Relations Department of the Administration of the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Marat Valeev.
