The FAS told how to index the tariff for pumping oil in Belarus
The oil pumping rate in Belarus in January 2020 will be indexed on the basis of the "inflation minus" principle, unless other political decisions are made, said Igor Artemyev, head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia. He said this in an interview with RIA Novosti
