Dmitry Polyansky: Russia and Belarus are surrounded by a ring of instability
At an informal meeting of the Security Council, Russia's First Deputy Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky noted that the countries of the World Organization's Security Council should take into account the situation in which Russia and Belarus are surrounded by a ring of instability from the west and south, BelTA informs.
