Ministry of Energy: Belarus and Russia have prepared a draft agreement on the electricity market
Minsk and Moscow have prepared a draft agreement on the formation of a unified electricity market. According to Minister of Energy Viktor Karankevich, the document will soon be sent to domestic procedures, and the rules for the functioning of the electricity market will be developed before the end of this year.
