Russia and Belarus have created a new technology for alternative energy
A simple and safe method for creating silicon-germanium films, which make it possible to convert waste heat from industrial facilities into electricity, was created by scientists from the NRU MIET together with colleagues from Belarus. The results were published in the journal Materials Letters, according to the CIS Internet portal.
